25 g. East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.00 %AA) boiled 15 minutes.

Yeast: Nottingham

Terminal Gravity: 1.013

Bitterness: 38.8 IBU

Alcohol (%volume): 4.2 %

 

Mash @ 67C for 60 min

Boil for 60 min

Sparge water @ 80C
