Weyermann® Special W 250-300 EBC
Dark-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Contributes dark-amber to deep-coppery color to finished beer. Adds mouth-feel as well as a rich malt accent to brew. Very intense, complex, mild, caramel flavor; bread crust. Use up to 5% of total grain bill for pale beers, up to 15% for dark beers. 250-300 EBC.
