ENZYBREW 10 is an easy to use, effective, all-in-one daily enzymatic cleaning product specially designed to clean the equipment used in craft brewing, microbreweries, and breweries. ENZYBREW 10 completely breaks down the organic soiling found in a brewery arising from traditional beer brewing, such as vegetable fibres, proteins, and starch (hops, yeast, malt flour, caramelised sugars, etc.). Ideal for cleaning fermenters, filters, heat exchangers and fermenting vessels, conditioning tanks, and boiling kettles, ENZYBREW 10 is an appropriate enzymatic cocktail providing safe and in-depth cleaning of equipment.

General: Recommended concentration: 0.5 to 1%

Intensive: Recommended concentration: 1 to 2%


1. Prepare a solution of ENZYBREW 10 diluted in hot water.

2. Run the solution through the equipment to be cleaned for 45 to 120 minutes.

3. Finish by running a disinfectant or general solution acid solution (0.25%) for 10 minutes (to be added to the usual protocol if necessary)

4. Rinse with fresh water for 5 minutes.
