My first all-grain brew and what a great way to start.

With the warm weather it fermented very quickly, with no bubbles through the air-lock after day 4. I usually ferment for 14 days, Transferred to barrel on day 7, 1.004 according to my hydrometer (hmm?). Just had a sample after 2 weeks in the barrel and its already delicious and clear. Caramel, fruity flavours and feels a relatively strong pint. Will definitely be on my next shopping list . Great kitt guys, well done.
