Weyermann Munich II (Dark) malt is used to brew rich, sweet beers. It can, however, be used in small quantities to enhance the maltiness and aroma in other beer styles. Used in many Dark lagers, Bocks, Belgians ,Oktoberfest, Schwarzbeir,Brown Ale, Dark Ale, and Amber Beer. Kilning temps allow for some slight caramelisation.Can be used up to 100% of grain bill but usuall less than 80%. The inclusion of a small amount (3% - 5%) of Weyermann Acidulated malt ("Saucer Malt" read product listing) is highly recommended when brewing. Colour 20-25 EBC
