A well known commercial ale yeast selected for its fast fermentation character and it's ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of the fermentation helping to improve beer clarity. This yeast is recommended for the production of a large range of ale beers and is specially well adapted to cask conditioned ales. In the recommended temperature range of 18ºC-24ºC, the Safale S-04 will attenuate the wort down to 1008-1012 within 2 or 3 days. The ideal yeast to produce the best Ales.
