Coopers Kits

The first Coopers Home Brew was developed and sold as an extra strong wort (malt derived liquid) in a sterile bag in 1977. By now it had been further developed into the concentrated wort product seen on the shelves today. A complete starter kit contains all the necessary tools and ingredients to brew and bottle beer. In addition consumers can now purchase numerous different beer styles from ales, lagers and stouts to traditional international favourites. Coopers Brewery is the market leader in Australia and is the world’s largest exporter of homebrew products.

Each kit makes 40 pints of beer and requires the addition of 1Kg of brewing sugar. To make a maltier beer why not try substituting brewing sugar for a can of coopers malt extract. Use the light extract for light coloured beers, the amber malt for ales, the dark malts for stouts and the wheat malts for wheat beers.
