Galaxy is a new and exciting hop out of Australia. It contributes a distinctive clean citrus and passion fruit character when used as a late addition. Galaxy hops have a very distinct aroma which will work great in an IPA. Late additions and dry hopping with Galaxy hops is highly recommended.
