The Malt
BEST Munich malt intensifies the colour of the beer and
emphasizes the malt aroma of dark beer in an inviting way. This malt is
produced using a special malting process designed to bring out certain
desirable qualities, such as high solubility. The BEST Munich malt is available
in two different colour levels.
Use
A basemalt for all darker beer styles. Perfectly suited
for Alt, brown ale, dark ale, dark wheat, stout, Marzen, dark lager, amber and
bock beer.
Usage Rate
Up to 100% of the grain bill.
