This is an excellent example of this style. It is not as easy as you may think but we feel we have nailed this one. The notable smooth malt flavour is complemented by the caramel notes coming from the three different crystals we use. The malt backbone is balanced with the mild bitterness. This is a must try complex Irish Red Ale.
